Custom Bluff Shooting Range

This client approached us with the exciting challenge of constructing a custom-designed shooting range that would elegantly span the bluffs of their property. The envisioned range featured targets set at various distances, ranging from 50 to 300 yards, complemented by a covered shooting platform strategically positioned atop a narrow ridge.
At LandHaven, we transformed this vision into reality by collaborating closely with the client. Our team conducted a thorough walk of the property, engaging in detailed discussions to design a layout that would optimize shooting conditions while minimizing impact on the local wildlife. By carefully selecting target locations, we ensured that the range maximized shooting distance while preserving the integrity of the surrounding ecosystem.
Once the ideal locations were established, we mobilized our specialized land clearing equipment, skillfully navigating the steep bluffs to clear designated shooting paths and install custom targets. Our skilled team worked diligently to ensure that every element was executed with precision and care.
To bring the project to completion, we constructed an 8x8 covered shooting platform in a central location relative to the targets, providing a comfortable and sheltered space for users. Recognizing the remote nature of this location, we also identified the best access trail and cleared it to facilitate easy and safe access to the range.
